I love the minute clinic. They listen to you describe how you feel. Offer suggestions and quickly get you on your way. Just referred someone today to go there.

I was in and out (saw the NP and got my script) in under half hour!

Paid $100 to be told to use flonase and rotate Tylenol & Motrin. My throat is so sore that im now losing my voice. Never had a bad experience like this at this minute clinic. The ladies that I have seen there are wonderful. This visit did absolutely nothing for me but cost me money. Thanks for nothing!

Practitioner very good but very unhappy with not being able to access health record online!! Also phone system was screwed up. Had much difficulty getting through to talk to someone. Now keep getting emails about test results and can't look at anything.

I felt the nurse did not listen to me. I've been here several times before previously for the exact same issues, bronchial infections. Instead, I'm told that I need to go to the ER for a blood oxygen result 93. I was tired and drowsy but only so because I had bad sleep from the constant coughing. I was presently fine after I took a nap and had a coffee. Furthermore, I did go to ER at the VA hospital the following day and my blood oxygen was 96. They gave me the medications for an infection that CVS usually gives me. So my trip to CVS was not only a waste of time it caused me extra stress for no reason. I left with no medication and no treatment. Very dissatisfied and it's the first time it's ever happened

I have always had an aversion to the doctors office. I don't have a primary care physician but I'm working on figuring out what the best option is for me for that reason! I have always felt comfortable at the minute clinic in a familiar space like the pharmacy. I appreciate the minute clinic because I have always had more trust and comfort with a nurse. My nurse practitioner was very thorough, checking my symptoms over multiple times. Even using different methods to check my temperature for an accurate reading. He told me he was going to follow up with a call in a week and I wasn't sure if I believed him, but he did! I thought that was a nice touch. I've been to the minute clinic a few times before and in my opinion it's way better than any urgent cares I have been to. Always recommend to my friends and family!

Every time I have needed to come there I have had no problem getting in and out.

There was no waiting and I was seen promptly by The Provider NB. He was courteous and professional. I went in for a sinus infection. When taking my vitals, The Provider determined I was in AFib. He advised me to go to ER, which was the right thing to do. Glad I went to the CVS MinuteClinic, thanks The Provider!

The NP was very helpful. He answered all my questions.
