The provider was understanding of my "white coat syndrome" and was polite in letting me know that I would be next after a person who had an appointment, (when I was a walk-in). She was pleasant to be with during our appointment time, too.
The NP was very helpful and informative.
Very impressive doctor who took the time to review medications, give advice, diagnosed the problem with professional care and only after a complete review, she prescribed a medication to treat the problem,
I love the convenience of it being so close to my house and the availability.
The Dr, listened to my concerns and was very helpful to find a cure for my allergies! Took her time also.
The Dr. was behind. I understand why when i got into her office. She is all alone with nobody to help her. She shouldn't have to check in the patience. She was really nice.
Fast friendly service. Easy to schedule online
The service was good from the staff. I looked at the website before going and it said walk ins welcome. I got there and signed in. Numerous people came and were serviced before me. The staff person said I should go and schedule an appointment. I dont know why the system would have not automatically scheduled me for the next available appointment. I wasted at least an hour because everything said they take walk ins.
The medical nurse was very friendly, she listened to all my concerns and explained in detail her findings, and verified I understood everything.
