The nurse practitoner was excellent.
I was treated very respectfully by both nurses. One was shadowing the primary nurse. I was given very good care.
-I was seen within one minute of checking in. -the Provider was relatable and empathetic. -I was in and out in 15 minutes.
The experience was great because I was able to easily navigate all the steps. It helped to lessen the anxiety that comes with health issues. It was convenient and met my needs, and it was a fair price for help to manage my health issue.
The doctor was very friendly and attentive. She helped me beforehand because I apparently hadn't completed the appointment process correctly on the screen. During the examination, she took her time and repeated things when I didn't understand something. I felt taken seriously and genuinely cared for as a patient.
On time. Friendly and professional. As it turned out, I didn't have the issue that I came in to have examined. No treatment was necessary.
Very little wait time. My issues were addressed after being checked out.

The doc/nurse was great and understanding. The internet at this location was horrible and I had a hard time trying to complete the intake for my visit.
