The process of scheduling easy. The doctor came an got us exactly at our appointment time.
NP, The Provider, was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took her time to examine my ears carefully and made a recommendation on how to proceed based on this patience and her knowledge. She was great.
While I cannot honestly say the NP was 'rude', she was most definitely cold and unfriendly. Despite having no other patients, she behaved as if she was in a hurry and I was just a body. This, after I had waited 40 minutes while she was on break. I'm quite certain she never looked me in the eye. Then, there was the Pharmacy... in a similar manner, the Pharmacist spoke to me from behind two counters, repeating my name and indicating I needed to show proof of Rx insurance. So much for HIPAA. I explained I was travelling and didn't have my Wellcare card, but had provided both my Medicare card and my Plan G (BCBSTX) card. He didn't respond. I was still trying to access my Wellcare card online, when he produced the Rx and said he'd "found it". They proceeded to charge me what appears to be the amount Medicare didn't cover - disregarding any conversation about secondary coverage... as if they didn't have time to wait (only 2 other customers were present). I took the first pill as prescribed; the next morning, as I was taking the second pill, only half a pill came out of the bottle. Curious, I emptied the bottle and found several bits and pieces of pills. Per the label, there were to have been 20. Accounting for all wholes and pieces, there were ~18. Now, 3 days later, I'm getting over this nasty virus... but as bad as I felt on that day, your 'healthcare' personnel made it worse.
I was pleased with my service
