The nurse practitioner, The Provider, was fantastic. She asked questions, listened, and provided suggestions and guidance all while having a pleasant demeanor! ¡Gracias!
I had the same NP for this visit that I did a few months ago. Both times he was kind, efficient, and took care of my issue! The visit was easy to book and I was seen quickly. ¡Gracias!
I felt like the NP didn't take me serious or really hear me out whenever I was expressing my symptoms. And whenever they took my vitals, they didn't even take them correctly. Definitely won't be returning.
