The Dr was quick to not give me any medicine
The online app would not allow me to make an appointment. It said one was not needed and to just walk-in. It was a wasted trip. I checked in at the kiosk at 10am. Then waited 20 minutes for the sole practitioner on duty to finish with her patient toa come tell me the soonest she would be available to see me would be 5pm and recommend I make an appointment. I don't blame practitioner for the extra trip require - I blame the app software.
The nurse practitioner was nice, but she diagnosed me with otitis media and then prescribed me eardrops, but the ear drops only work for swimmer's ear, or people with tubes which I don't have either. So I was not prescribed the correct medication.
Made appt .in A.M. got my response from you with my number. I receives notices during the day arrive you do not have appt. . I was not impressed with the appt. system. I. will not be using your services again Thanks but convince is not always the answer.I arrived at 3:pm appt. was for 3:30.

All went very well at the Minute clinic. We were taken in quickly, the vaccinations were given professionally and correctly. The Provider was very helpful, cordial and professional.

I had the best experience! Great nurse and NP! They were both very comforting and gentle. I got right in and out in less than a hour. Not sure why I go to my primary when it was so much easier to come here.

I felt that she didn't ask enough questions about my symptoms and how long I've been suffering and taken into consideration that I had been sick with respiratory for almost 4 to 5 weeks. I felt there should've been possibly a flu and strep test taken to narrow down what was going on instead of just assuming it was a virus. I've been sick for far too long.
