The Provider. Provideru was efficient and listened to my concerns. She gave me valuable info about care and ear infections.

Listened to my symptoms. Very professional. Filled my prescription at the CVS pharmacy very efficiently.
I liked the preregistration. A good sized waiting room. Very easy to sign in. Care was excellent!
1. It was easy to make an appointment online. 2. Check-in was easy. 3. The Provider was kind, listened to my concerns thoroughly, discussed a treatment plan with me, and took the time to research the best medicine to prescribe. She was super professional, never made the visit feel rushed, and gave clear after treatment instructions.
Tornique was applied too tightly and left more than one minute during a blood draw. A lot of bruising after blood test.
I made an appointment. Went through pre-check and later confirmed the appointment. Received text reminder couple of minutes before my time. When I arrived at the clinic, the system did not recongized me, said the appointment was cancelled. I was able to make a new appointment for the original time slot and it worked

Our experience with The Provider, NP was fantastic. We were seen on time and the entire visit was exceptional.
