It took almost 15 minutes to just have the nurse complete her computer questions. Then when she finally looked in my ear, she said that my eardrum was not blocked but that she say pus and determined I had an infection. I told her that I had had enough ear infections in my life to know that this was not an infection. I was prescribed drops. The next day my GP looked in that ear and said that there was significant build up against my eardrum that needed to be removed by an ENT. There was no infection.

My insurance was mis charged .

Waited a bit beyond my appointment time, that's why I put 9 stars instead of 10. I also understand it's the health field and the provider doesn't necessarily have control over that! Provider was polite, kind, listened, and got me all set up. It was a good experience!

The physician I saw was right on time, professional, thorough, respectful, and kind.

The provider, The Provider, was really thorough and listened to all of my concerns. She went the extra mile to make sure the pharmacy processed my prescription before they left for lunch in a 5 minute window. Really appreciated her attention to detail and would highly recommend her and the clinic to anyone needing care.

I gave a 10/10 because my experience was excellent overall. The provider was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Everything was handled efficiently, and I felt well taken care of throughout. I would definitely recommend her to others.

The PA did a great job quickly checking out my son for a sore throat and possible strep infection. My only comment is that her first inclination was to test for flu "to rule it out." However, my son had already been sick for 7 days, so at that point, a diagnosis was irrelevant. It would have been an unnecessary expenditure for our family if I hadn't spoken up and declined the test. So, I think tests should be more cautiously offered, especially when they would not provide any information that would impact his treatment protocol.

I has ear wax for almost 2 weeks and clogged ears .After two successful cleaning I feel better and good now
