The NP was very friendly and listened to my complaint! Satisfied customer.
Needed a trave vaccine and was able to get it scheduled same day. ¡Gracias!
Practitioner was very courteous and attentive to my needs. He was patient and did not try to fast talk or rush the visit.
The Provider seemed super smart and friendly and was very quick figuring out the issue.

The doctor I saw was nice and saw me quickly. She was efficient and kind. I also appreciate that she opened the door when I left as to not spread germs amongst patients. Improvements you can make: 1. You should have a sign at the cvs pharmacy area/line stating the minute clinic is located elsewhere /at the front. There was another lady waiting at the cvs pharmacy with an appointment that also did was not aware that was not the minute clinic check in line until I asked the pharmacist. 2. the check in screen at the minute clinic was ridiculously large. If anyone had been present in the waiting area they would have easily seen what I was entering which included my personal information this includes entering my DOB, contact info, and reason for appointment - If it's that large it should have a privacy screen to protect confidentiality.
Prefer not to video. The Provider was great and helpful.
