Prompt and professional treatment
My mom has not been feeling well.. she is almost 95 years old and is having memory issues. Both providers that day were kind and thorough and very caring and thoughtful. We felt very seen and heard and not rushed at all. Very much appreciated how gentle they handled a hard subject... really listened to our concerns and gave good advice.
Timely and effective service. Great bedside manner. All around very pleased with the experience.

The provider was excellent. The wait time was long, however (longer than 30 minutes) and check in was frustrating: the kiosk was broken, the WiFi wasn't working, and the CVS had no cellular signal.
