Was turned away for diagnosis and treatment for 9 year old experiencing extreme discomfort. Nurse Practitioner, who was compassionate and apologetic and the only reason you get ANY stars, explained that they are not allowed to diagnosis and treat uti in FEMALES under 12. Even though when I made the appointment online I specifically chose UTI and I gave her BIRTH DATE. They still made the appointment. Now after all of the hours wasted to only get turned away, we are sitting in waiting room of urgent care with sick people coughing.

I cut up a neighbors rotten tree that fell in my yard in shorts and a t-shirt. 3 days later I realize it?s not bug bites but a poison sumac rash that?s got me itching. Too late, got bad fast. Made an appointment Saturday afternoon to see NP Sunday 10:20am. She took great care of me and was very nice to meet. Sent prescriptions to my cvs by my house so I could get on with my day. Awesome experience and way cheaper than urgent care. Thank you!
