Your nurse was very friendly and helpful. My PA was very professional and answered all my questions. the best news is that I am feeling so much better. Her treatment was "on" target, and my congestion is mostly gone with and my cough is so much better. All of my symptons have pretty much been relieved.
I had to wait for almost an hour before I was seen by the NP for my appointment. My appointment was for 2:50pm but I wasn't seen until about 3:40-3:45pm. Once I was FINALLY seen, the appointment went well enough, I guess. The waiting, though, was beyond ridiculous.
Over an hour wait time but only 2 patients ahead of me. Also I had an appointment but that didn't matter.

Your app is not user friendly. The PA was great but your app is not and needs attention. The lady that was there at the same time had issues too. It told both us to head to CVS that there was zero in line waiting. Then we were told to come back a couple hours later.
I was grateful for the call from CVS reminding me that it was time for my COVID booster. I got in the same day. It was fast and smooth.
She was the best, I wish she was my regular doctor.
I did not have an appointment, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
Everyone was professional and assisted promptly!!
