Awesome and kind.
Seen very quickly and given good care. Would definitely recommend.
The doctor was great. It was fast.
My wait time was about 30 minutes, due to a walk in that was seen before me. I arrived as she was checking in. I think patients with appointments should be seen before walkins.
The girl was very personable. I forget her name but she works part time.
Great service and care
The experience was riddled with the importance of employee breaks over patient care. Patient care was minimal and less than acceptable bed side manner. I left a complaint with CVS complaint but not surprisingly haven't heard back. Will not return and will tell everyone I know not to go there.
I feel like the computer diagnosed me and not the doctor.
The Provider was awesome…I would definitely go see her again

I arrived 20 minutes early. One person was just leaving, one person in the que before me. The NP took so long that I was taken 25 minutes past my appointment time. It felt like it was her very first day on the job. Slow, a but flustered and the way she talked and look at me like she was trying to figure out "what do I do". I'm clearly sick, extremely congested and have a horrible cough plus both ears hurt. When she finally stopped clicking around on the computer she says, while looking at me almost confused, "I guess I should start with your vitals" Then, "um ok oh your ears" she steps back, "yeah they do look red, probably an infection" I HOPE there's at least audio surveillance to get exactly her words but let me tell you I did not think she should be doing that job if she's not confident or knowledgeable enough. Shr also wanted to put me on augmentin and when I asked her why, we just discussed that I was fine with and always use amoxicillion. She said well same thing but ya know probably stronger. I have a condition that when my ears get infected I need prednisone to reduce inflammation in order for the antibiotics to really get in there and work. As she's typing in my script I mention that exactly and she said, "oh, yeah I was going to suggest we probably do that too" I was so done at that point. We finish and I leave. There is NO ONE in the waiting area and NO ONE signed in the que and she told a man that approached the area that he "had to make an appointment" but clearly there are signs everywhere... walk ins welcome I normally get great service at this location and its why I specifically come to this location but this NP was not a good fit at all
