Worst experience I've ever had. The staff was very rude and disrespectful and acted like I wasted there time over a physical.

As a previous MC provider, the reputation of the provider in the clinic determines the reputation of the clinic. The primary provider, [...], has little respect from the staff in the store and Pharmacy. Her attitude toward patients is poor. I overheard her berating an elderly patient in the waiting area for being late for an appointment when no one else was waiting. I waited until this provider was not scheduled in the clinic for my vaccine visit I understand that one of the older providers will be making Waynesville her home clinic. I hope and pray that this will help with the clinics reputation.

Great for testing like flu a&b and strep throat too. They were out of COVID tests so I could be COVID positive. Be advised they are very limited as to what the nurse practitioner 's can prescribe. That is antibiotics and NO Prescription cough medication. So now I have augmentin for a week but I still need to see a doctor to address my other problems the nurse practitioner couldn't handle.

"Zero wait time. The health care provider was efficient and focused. She stayed with me until the visit was finished. No sitting in an exam room waiting for someone to see me. When finished, I walked across the store to the Pharmacy and my prescription was waiting."

I love this minute Clinic. They were able to get my babies in even though I messed up the appointment times...They were kind and concerned but most importantly they listened to how I was feeling and what I thought was going on before passing judgment. Kids never get sick when the pediatrition is avalible so I am so thankful to have this amazing clinic that can get us in in such timely manner! God Bless [...] and all the other wonderful NPs who work there!
