Amazing care
Why do your staff always refer to customers by their first names? These providers could be one of my children.
I had an appointment and was taken in on time. I knew I had wax in my ears and it was removed quickly and with great care. I would definitely recommend anyone to stop there if they needed help!
Tbh the doctor's diagnosis didn't make any sense to me. How could my ear be in this much pain and there be nothing wrong.
The Provider, the NP who helped me, was AMAZING. I came in at the end of the shift when she was already closing up, but she took me anyway. She was so kind and took her time making sure to be thorough even though it was time for her to go home. I truly appreciate her going out of her way to help me. Also, it was very convenient to have the clinic and the pharmacy in the same location.

I was not happy with the medical provider. She barely spoke to me, so it's unclear how she made a diagnosis.
Although there was a long wait even though I had an appointment, the NP who took care of me apologized for this and took care of my problem quickly, efficiently, and with a good outcome. She listened to the history of my problem and addressed the problem in a compassionate manner. She handled all the paperwork and ensured that I got the needed medication as soon as I completed the visit.
