The practitioner was very professional and thorough. I went in to have ear wax removed and she did a great job.
The health care worker was very nice and squeezed me in without an appointment. My first visit to a minute clinic, I was very impressed. Plus I was able to pick up my prescription right at the pharmacy counter, so so easy
The service is always top-notch and personable, and I'm always treated with respect and kindness. When I arrive, I'm seen right away. My next appointment is scheduled for me after I'm done, which makes it easier than trying to book online, since appointments aren't easy to get at that location in Clark, NJ.
NP was patient and listened carefully to my complaints. She apologized about the wait because the patient prior to me to much longer than expected.
I was seen upon arrival. The doctor was very knowledgeable, and she explained everything.

My appointment was on time, no waiting at all. Although walk-ins are accepted as well as appointments. The PA who treated me for a sinus infection was great. She prescribed some antibiotics and by the time I walked over to the pharmacy counter, my medication was ready, not kidding! I was in and out of the CVS Minute Clinic in 20 mins, and out of the CVS store in 25 min. Do not discount the Minute Clinic at CVS, it is a great option for a quick diagnosis and a thorough exam. I was back home within an hour.
