Had 2 terrific practitioners. One was a trainee. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable, and kind.
Went for an STI screening. Very straightforward screening, but I understand other clinics provides testing on more diseases. Very easy experience.
Went three times. Both nurses were very good. Courtios, thorough, professional. Good experience.
I came in for a travel consultation. I felt like my concerns were comprehensively addressed.
The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, and made sure to take care of me and answer any questions I had. They were attentive to my situation and my body language and reassured me and made sure I was comfortable and informed about my visit and the different options I had for TB testing, which is what I went in for. They also worked really hard to find the insurance I had, which unfortunately was not found, but the effort they put in made me feel like they were truly advocating for my healthcare which I really appreciated.

I could book online and availability was good. I was also received on time. But the system froze at one time and I had to leave and start over.
The nurse was helpful and explained everything. She gave me a sheet with information about my vaccine and asked questions about my immunization history. It was thorough but fast.
