It was a relatively easy signing in. There was the option to request being seen as a walk-in client. I was greeted with a smile that was welcoming. I was listened to, and the process was easy to understand. My Nurse Practitioner, The Provider, was knowledgeable, professional and kind-hearted making my experience a positive one.
Very easy and smooth process to make a reservation and check in. The waiting room and doctor's office were clean. The doctor was very friendly and helpful. Was able to pick up my prescription right away. Only thing I didn't like was the public bathroom to give a urine sample. It felt dingy and awkward.
Nurse was amazing
The Provider (NP) was great! Very knowledgeable and so nice to talk to.
Your Nurse Practitioners are awesome!!! I love them all. What I find the most frustrating is your continued neglect to address the incorrect billing situation and the excuses as to why there are a variety of fees for the same exact weekly B12 shot. You obviously don't care as I've completely so many of these with no response or help from your end. My B12 shots are fully covered per my insurance company. You are clearly submittined these incorrectly and not fixing it. I also don't appreciate Minute Clinic double booking appointments causing me to have to wait 30 minutes for a 10 minute appointment. Very disrespectful. I would give a 10 to your practitioners; however, I give a 1 to your business operations.
The nurse was excellent.
The Provider was very caring and personable in helping with my needs during my visit. She would be the reason I would come back to this Minute Clinic.
