All issues addressed professionally with concern and compassion
I love the convenience of MinuteClinic. It's close to my house. The ease of scheduling online. The nurse practitioner is on time, professional, and thorough.

NP was attentive in listening to my history & symptoms. After clinical info obtained, I received appropriate treatment. In & out of there in 20 minutes. Awesome service!!!
Waited at least an hour-stupid 2 schedule appointments every 15 min. Provider was brusk, not really personable
The NP was uncertain, fumbled at his work, kept asking what I wanted him to do rather than telling me what the symptoms indicated was needed, and did not resolve the problem. He also gave me an antibiotic for what was 99.9% surely viral. This is the FIRST time I have felt the NP I saw was less than competent. Normally my experience with MinuteClinic has been very good.
Easy to schedule appointment online. Checked in and only waited a few minutes for the test. Nurse practitioner was very good and knowledgeable. Will go back again if needed.

I had a great experience and I'm so glad that I went. I was helped right away and given fantastic service! I can't say enough great things about the experience. She even walked us out to the section in the store and helped us pick out things that I needed for my wound to heal better. She went above and beyond!
