Professional and fast service
The nurse was great! She was quick, friendly, and professional. I find it difficult to get shots. She was very understanding and helpful.
The Provider, NP, was diligent, thoughtful, and proactive. I would recommend him to anyone seeking care and I am very satisfied with the service provided.
We had an excellent experience! My husband is a retired physician, and I am a retired CEO of a teaching hospital so with our careers, we recognize an EXCELLENT patient encounter which is what CODY provided us! From his friendly greeting to the final stages of our visit he was OUTSTANDING. As elderly patients we felt he was patient, answered all our questions, was willing to repeat when our hearing failed us, and absolutely got our testing done without any pain for us. The practitioner was nice but she was extremely disorganized: the office was a mess and cluttered (came off as not hygienic), she didn't have working printer so she had me sign release that was Spanish and didn't have me sign until after the vaccine was administered, she couldn't give me paper verifying vaccine due to printer, after I left she chased me down outside of her office to verify insurance, she was not able to understand what was showing and telling her about my insurance. All this left me wondering if I was even given the correct vaccine. There is no way I would go to this location again based on the above.
The doctor was very knowledgable, kind, professional and helpful.
Super convenient to make appointments. Appointments were on time and efficient. Both providers for my two appointments last week were super professional and kind. Would most definitely use minute clinics again!
