My provider was really kind and personable. She made difficult conversations easy and was very knowledgeable and efficient.
The nurse was very professional and pleasant.
I was a walk-in and I already knew all I needed was antibiotics because a cat scratch had become infected. I signed in and it said about half an hour which was more than reasonable without an appt. I only waited 7 minutes which was awesome. The nurse practitioner was a really nice lady. She was very quick and efficient. It took about 10 or 15 minutes and I was already back at the pharmacy waiting for my antibiotics. The pharmacy filled my antibiotics prescription very quickly and I was basically in and out of there in less than a half an hour ....which was great! My boyfriend drove me there and waited in the car ...he was also shocked at how quickly I got out of there. I had never been to the minute clinic but I will definitely go back. It's so much better than going to the hospital and paying a crazy amount of money and waiting hours just to get some antibiotics.
The service was affordable and convenient. The nurses were understanding and met all expectations and answered all questions.
No wait time. Nurse was good at determining what I needed for the symptoms I had.

The NP was very kind, and super informative about medication and how to administer. I would see her as a patient if I could :)
