Great service uneventful problems⁶
I think the minute clinic is Great ,the Nurse Practitioners I've seen there are very nice and knowledgeable. They are very caring and are there to help you. I definitely recommend you. Gracias
I was seen and given a prescription in a speedy time.
I made an appointment saying I had flu symptoms at CVS in Boardman. Went in, paid my co-pay and was told I had an ear infection. They did only a strep test and refused to flu test me even though I had 103 temp, body aches, chills, sore throat and headache. I left with an antibiotic. Later that night my mom insisted that I get a flu test so I got one at Walgreens. Influenza A line came up as soon as the fluid hit the test. I made another appointment with CVS in Niles for the next morning and had to pay ANOTHER co-pay. They didn't test me either but took my word for it that an at home diagnostic test was positive and gave me tamiflu and sent me on my way. Wretched service with people who do not listen to their patients. I deserve to have my co-pay refunded to me for the inconvenience all of this has caused me and having to live with the agony of Influenza A with no treatment because you have providers who literally do not give a shit about anyone who walks through the door.
It Is very easy and convenient to schedule an appointment online. At the facility, it is also easy to check in. Appointments run on time. The doctor is courteous, professional and kind. She took my information and then examined me with concern for privacy and hygiene. She never made me feel rushed but my appointment was complete in about 20 minutes. I've been n to this clinic previously and will return if necessary.
Got in quickly. The nurse was kind and knowledgeable.
Ms CUNNINGHAM BED SIDED MANNEDR WAS AWESOME !
The practitioner was extremely professional; she diagnosed my problem immediately and gave me a prescription for the relief I sought. Excellent job at a very reasonable price.
The whole experience was perfect! My ob office that I was going to, for years had recently closed. I needed to get my depo shot asap! I found the minute clinic. It was fast and convenient! I highly recommend it to anyone!!!

It was a waste of energy, time, and money. The NP did not listen to what I was telling her. I needed an antibiotic for the sinus/chest infection that is seriously impacting my asthma. Several family members were dealing with the same thing over the last month and it would not clear up u til they started an antibiotic course. It appeared to be viral but must have been bacterial. She prescribed prednisone for obvious wheezing and breathing difficulty but suggested I make an appointment somewhere else to get a chest x-ray if I continued to get worse then I could try an antibiotic from that provider. It was bizarre and frustrating because I was asking for a zpack not a controlled substance. I'm not sure why I would need to wait for pneumonia before trying an antibiotic. I'm feeling terribly and will now need to spend more time and money to schedule with my doctor to try to get better. I'm beyond upset and will absolutely never return to the minute clinic. Considering switching pharmacies for prescriptions now as well.
