The nurse practitioner was very thorough, kind and listened to me and addressed my concerns and questions!
I had some eye injury and I the person examining my eye that it was caused by injury and she clearly told me that it was not pink eye/ red eye. But she went on checking weight, temperature, blood pressure and others things which are not necessary when she clearly knows that she can't treat my problem. I know the copay is non-refundable, but why a patient's time should be wasted when you clearly know that you cannot/shouldn't treat it.

The NP Portia was awesome. She is very smart and the visit was quick and super helpful. I wish she did not have to work on Mother's Day but I am very thankful for her care and competence.
I felt like the provider did not treat my problem. I had had inflammation for 10 days in my throat and for her to just say take some allergy medicine take some IB profun, was not a good intervention at all.
Making the appointment was very easy. The nurse was very attentive and my appointment was finished in a timely manner.
The NP couldn't diagnose my ear infection. They said it's a little red and it will go away in a couple of days. I went an urgent care after and was diagnosed with an ear infection and given drops to resolve.
