My visit was fine but I was advised I would receive two prescriptions. I waited and checked out. I got home and opened the sack and only one was there. I went back to CVS and was advised the other prescription was filled in Florida, where I had a visit a year ago. Not sure why the glitch happened but was unhappy to have to drive back and wait.
Fast and friendly service.
I was very satisfied with the service. The practitioner was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit.
The medical professional who helped me was very thorough. My frustration is that I had called prior to confirming appointment to find out cost, said what visit was for, and was quoted $109-$165. Once I was seen, I was told it was over that amount. Same with prescription; shown a price of $9 but it was $21 when I picked up and pharmacy.
Easy online booking my appt. Easy checkin, no waiting. The NP was very nice, she asked relevant questions, diagnosed my problem with strip test but also sent specimen to their labs. Treated my condition immediately by prescribing correct antibiotic. Pharmacy filled my prescription right away. I was in out in 25-30 minutes. Positive experience for sure.
Appointment was quick and easy. Doctor was knowledgeable, professional and comfortable with my 6 year old.
Excellent care.
The Nurse Practitioner was very thorough with her questions, incredibly personable and gave me excellent recommendations for OTC relief for my symptoms. I would use her as my primary care practitioner. She was excellent.
