It was quick, efficient, and I received treatment I feel confident in.

The doctor who saw my child was incredibly friendly, informative and helpful. She went online for us and located some paperwork that I'd forgotten to print out ahead of time to bring with us. This saved me an extra trip and I was so grateful.

Nurse and Dr very nice and explained things
I felt like I was being shaken down. On my third visit the Practitioner said on my next visit if my blood test results are satisfactory she would let me get a six months blood pressure prescription. On the next visit I had to get tested ( the second time within 6 months), but agai I only received a 3 month prescription. I had to make another appointment and was told that I needed another test (within 3-1/2 months or I would be denied a prescription. Since my insurance limits testing I refused.
NP was wonderfull
The Nurse Practitioner was awesome. She listened and throughly examined what I came in for.
I have always had exceptional care when coming to the Minute Clinic at CVS in Kent, OH on Water Street. Every staff member has been professional and kind. They are efficient and caring.
