I felt like I was being shaken down. On my third visit the Practitioner said on my next visit if my blood test results are satisfactory she would let me get a six months blood pressure prescription. On the next visit I had to get tested ( the second time within 6 months), but agai I only received a 3 month prescription. I had to make another appointment and was told that I needed another test (within 3-1/2 months or I would be denied a prescription. Since my insurance limits testing I refused.
NP was wonderfull
The Nurse Practitioner was awesome. She listened and throughly examined what I came in for.
I have always had exceptional care when coming to the Minute Clinic at CVS in Kent, OH on Water Street. Every staff member has been professional and kind. They are efficient and caring.
Providern[...] did an amazing job. She listened to what I told her, and she reacted accordingly. She was super kind, and understanding.
The nurse practitioner was amazing at the Kent location. I'd drive 30+ minutes to see her every time!
I came to the clinic on Monday as a walking in, I was informed approximately 30-45 minutes after signing in that my spot was not guaranteed because I was a walk in and three clients who made appointments were on site and they got priority. I totally understand, however I then scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and a walk in appointment was seen before I was. If the policy is clients with appointments are seen first then that should be the case everyday. The staff should not be able to pick and choose which days she would like to assist walking in OVER scheduled appointments.
It was very easy to schedule, via online. Check in was easy. Dr. medical staff was very professional yet pleasant, she explained differences between some prognosis and what I was dealing with.
