I had to follow up with my PCP two dates later because my symptoms worsened. He indicated the prescription dosage I was given was not high enough and that I should have also been given a topical steroid cream which I had asked for but was refused
Very efficient staff. Was immediately taken in by nurse. She did my workup and then seen by the NP, The Provider. Very nice and took her time with me. I would recommend this Niles facility to all.
Wait time was short. Staff friendly, professional and efficient.
I gave such a high score because everything went perfectly. The doctor was amazing.
One week later and I am still sick.

The lady was nice and seemed to solve my ear problem with the pressure washing. The negatives are frustration with trying to fill out the online documents, then getting there and having to answer MORE questions. Why weren't allergies, medications and surgical history asked with all those pre-papers? I thought "MINUTEClinic" would be quick! I also don't know how much that visit was going to cost as a price list was hard to find online. It'll be a surprise when I get the bill, so that's frustrating, but I needed assistance so I'll have to pay whatever. It would have been nice to know ahead of time for budget planning purposes.

This was my second visit to this location, the first being for an immunization, and this time for a respiratory issue. I came as a walk-in and was so pleased to have been taken back immediately. My NP was The Provider, and she was extremely thorough and professional. As a healthcare professional of over forty years myself she exceeded my expectations and prescribed the appropriate care. She also did a follow-up call later that day to inform me of my x-ray results and to continue the treatment plan as ordered. I came to this clinic because my PCP had no appointments for a week. I would not hesitate to visit this clinic again.
