The nurse is very good. Very professional, personable, knowledgeable. A keeper for sure

The provider was lovely, listened to me, and took excellent care of my special needs child. I got an appointment same day and we barely waited to be seen. It was a great experience.

40 min wait but then in and out. Unfortunately it was viral so there was nothing to give me for the throat pain which was unbearable for the next few days but the Dr was great

I felt I was not taken seriously by the practioner. I scheduled the appointment for a sinus infection, I am 71 years old and anytime I have a cold, sinus infection it goes to my lungs, refused to treat me with an antibiotic and recommended Flonase. I feel it was a waste of time. Still not cured and has an adverse effect to the Flonase.

Easy to get an appointment right after returning from vacation. The care provided was excellent with a quick strep diagnosis.

It's called a minute clinic for quick diagnosis but when I walked in there was no openings until late in the day. The doctor was booked every 10 minutes and had no time slots open for walk ins. Kind of defeats the purpose of advertising it as a place for walk ins. There should be another person on staff for walk ins especially on weekends.

I went to the MinuteClinic in Exton PA for a tuberculosis skin test. She did tell me her name, but I have a hard time, remembering things. She was so very nice & patient. I had to come back 2 days later for her to record the results & payment of course. Which $20 isn't to bad. But when I came back on Sunday May 3rd 2026. My appointment was for 9:10 A.M but I have a baby I barely got any sleep the night before & overslept. I was about 1 hour late but she still took me & was still very nice & explained things wells & answered any questions. There were some people waiting but I didn't fell rushed during our time. But she also didn't take her time either. Which is also nice. I wish I could remember her name she deserves recognition. But maybe with the information I've provided in the review you guys will be able to find her name. Thank you my local Exton minute clinic! My short time at the minute clinic was a pleasure & I would definitely recommend!

I followed up w my primary Dr the next day. He said I have a middle ear infection, otitis media. He said the drops given to me @ the Minute Clinic would have done nothing, but clog my ear further. He put me on oral antibiotics. I'm very thankful I was able to see him.

The Provider was very attentive and explained everything in detail.

No wait time because the practitioners kept to the schedule which is great. Service was quick and thorough.
