Nurse practitioner was very thorough, kind, and caring. She took the time needed to work through my symptoms and allergies to find the perfect treatment!

The doctor was amazing, however I got chemical burns from the silver nitrate. My skin boiled and is now raw and it was all over my stomach not just over the little area.

Care was professional, efficient and caring.

This is a great service provider, especially when away from home and cannot se your usual doctor. The only problem I had was the prescription for Prevastatin… I asked for a 90-day supply with refills but was only given a 30-day supply.

The reason I am giving an 8 is it is really too soon to tell whether or not I am truly satisfied or not. The NP, The Provider, was nice enough, but I don't think enough time was allotted for what I was there for. I felt she was just collecting info to input into the computer, but not showing much interest otherwise. Though she did advise me to look into possible retesting regarding one of the conditions I mentioned that I had been diagnosed with in the past. The main issue with this visit was that I had more questions & was trying to obtain recent blood work results via my phone to give to her while I was there, but was told (with a smile) that she had another appointment waiting and I could call somewhere to ask about facing those results. So bottom line, I felt rushed and left there with a lot of unanswered questions. Next, it would have been helpful to know ahead of time what questions I was going to be asked/what info was needed from me, and even if bloodwork would be ordered. That would have allowed more time for my questions &!I could have printed out my recent blood work at home. Lastly, what I needed to be doing once I left there was barely addressed in person, but was sent to me by email, and there is no phone number (that I was able to find) to reach the Minute Clinic directly, again leaving me with even more questions. This leaves me concerned that this program might be like when I was following a medically administered meal replacement diet that I participated in in the past where I lost the weight but had no post-treatment guidance/monitoring whatsoever which resulted in regaining what I lost and more. Bottom line, the jury is still out but I remain hopeful and really hope to hear from The Provider today since I received notifications that Minute Clinic got my bloodwork results back already yesterday.

Disappointed that the medication I was prescribed first was sent to another state I used to live in, then she realized it and changed it to the location I was being seen at for easy pickup. But it was actually sent to another cvs 40 minutes away. Suggestion to work on the system design or remind that accuracy matters.
