The visit was okay. He was right to the point. Not much interaction though.

I was greated by all cvs workers and nursing staff. When called by my name the nurse was very polite , the room smelled freshly disinfected. Was asked who I was and asked if I'd faint, which I never do for shots, notified of all the steps and after care. Great team workers both nurses made the experience feel safe , efficient and treated me with much care and respect. After asking several questions they were both very professional and nice! It was easy going and comfortable Wait Time. The urgent care wait time is 2 hours+. I booked my appointment it was just a wait of 20 minutes and was out after 15 minutes. One hour of being there. My first time and it was a pleasant surprise, will be visiting if needed!

Very disappointed with my experience at CVS MinuteClinic. I went in specifically to have my ears cleaned after being advised by my hearing aid doctor. The male technician seemed unsure of what he was doing and proceeded to squirt water into my ear without explaining the process or checking properly beforehand. He then said there was nothing he could do. After leaving, I spent the rest of the day in pain with water trapped in my ear and a constant "sloshing" sensation. My other ear wasn't even examined at all. Overall, I did not feel the care was thorough or attentive, and the procedure left me worse off than when I arrived. I would not return for this type of service and would not recommend it for ear care.

I had an appointment and still waited 45 minutes. Orger than that, the appointment was great.

Top three reasons: 1.Ease of securing a walk in appointment. 2. Thoroughness of The Provider's questions, observations, and recommendations regarding my symptoms and the reason for my sick visit. 3. He advised me to go to the hospital if not feeling better within 2 days.

It's an Excellent idea! You can't always get into your Drs when you want and CVS is always there when you need them! I would highly recommend!

Absolute best experience My NP went over everything with me she was very thorough and I was impressed with the time she spent with me I would highly recommend this CVS minute clinic and pharmacy to anyone with confidence

Doctor was very nice. I was diagnosed as nit having store throat long enough 3 days so she wouldn't give medicine. I left with otc that I chose to get myself. The next day I went to walk in and had bronchitis and was placed in doxycycline and a steroid. Would never go back for something serious. But again she was very nice and asked appropriate questions
