I was unable to choose ear wax removal during online scheduling which requires a longer visit than the only available ear infection option. On my Saturday visit, the system changed and put walk-ins ahead of scheduled appts, and the practitioner wasn't able to see which patients had scheduled appts so I ended up waiting about 1.5 hours until my turn. The system used to show walk-ins as waitlist and now they jump ahead of scheduled appts and push appts back, which is unacceptable. Please improve the system and stop making it worse. Other than that, the practitioner was wonderful and took great care of me.

I had a long wait due to the system putting patients from the wait list in ahead of scheduled patients. When you feel like crap and have made an appointment the last thing you want is to wait around. I have used minute clinic many times she is very thorough and resolves the problem but recently the wait is an issue.

The practitioner was very friendly and professional, but the scheduling was awful. I had an appointment for 12 o'clock and was not seen till 105 And you had walk ins between appointments. That's the only part of my experience that I didn't like. There should be no walk ins going ahead of people who have scheduled appointments. I will be back but that part of the scheduling needs to be cleaned up.

Had an appointment scheduled for almost 2 weeks and then when was waiting for the appointment was told time was double booked and was told I would have to wait for someone that showed up after me to be seen first and that their appointment would take 45 minutes. My appointment took 10 minutes and I was there and signed in first but got bumped because apparently the time slot was actually triple booked.

My doc was unable to see me in person. I wanted to test for strep. Nice that I was able to walk in and get an appointment quickly.

The Provider was amazing. Very thorough and personable. I plan to use minute clinic again (this was my first time).

Great experience overall. The NP was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Minute Clinics service are a fantastic option for anyone but especially if seeing a doctor quickly is not an option with you PCP.

The nurse practitioner, The Provider, was wonderful. Very friendly and very informative and took the time to listen to what I had to say. I found her to be very helpful! Last week on 4/16/26, I also went to the same Minute Clinic as a walk in since all appointments were taken. I waited for 45 minutes before the gentleman (I don't know if he was a nurse practitioner or what his capacity was) came out of the office and told me that he didn't have time for me. He said that he had two more appointments coming in. They were not there yet. I was very hesitant to make an appointment at the same place because I was concernced that the appointment would be with that gentleman who wouldn't see me. Thankfully, The Provider was working on 4/20/26 and not the gentleman from 4/16/26.
