There were no walk in appointments still available. She could see I felt very bad and asked me to come on in and she would do the exam. I had a UTI and really did not want to delay getting checked.

We were seen quickly, with hardly any wait. It was very efficient.
I went in for a uti. They found blood in my urine and recommended it ho to the er. I did and it was just because v I was on a blood thinner. Although it still turned out to be a uti I felt like cvs was really looking out for me and my benefit cause it could have been something worse. I love the minute clinic.
So easy, no wait, the providers were kind, helpful, and efficient. I have already recommended to a friend

While at my appointment, I remembered I needed a refill on a very basic med I take. Practically OTC. I asked the NP if she could assist me with that as well. She told me she could not given the fact CVS only allows her 10 minutes for our appointment. I would need to leave and schedule another appointment. I also mentioned I had an issue removing my old insurance and wanted to be sure they wouldn't be billed, which also clearly annoyed her, seemingly due to the ten minute rule. Not cool. Also, the lady ahead of me was DEF there for more than 10 minutes while I waited well past my appointment time.
Very nice and got me in and out very quickly!
