Minute Clinic is way better than Urgent Care imo. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The Provider helped me tremendously in March when I entered the clinic area and had an emotional meltdown about my illness. She immediately comforted me and made me look clearly at what options I had. She was so kind and caring and it meant the world to me. We would have a wonderful world if more people were like her.
Nurse was very professional and informative. She diagnosed my issue and prescribed medication that is working.
I was able to schedule a same day visit on the app. I was seen very quickly, the minute clinic is always clean and quiet. The Provider made everything even better. My visit was very pleasant from beginning even to the quickness and niceness of the pharmacy tech
