My provider was very professional and through.My wait time was minimal.I was very impressed when the provider who was working alone made sure an older gentleman who did not check in properly was seen in order of arrival. My provider was proficient in documentation and performance of tests to determine my diagnosis. She was also very personable and caring. This was a great service and very convenient for working people.

The nurse practitioner was awesome! So personable and helpful. I got in and out in a flash. One stop for the exam AND meds… exactly what a busy person needs and appreciates! So much better than an urgent care! Will recommend to everyone and will most definitely return when needed!

I scheduled an appointment in advance and arrived approximately 15-20 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. We completed the check-in process upon arrival and waited to be called. What was frustrating and confusing was that while we were waiting, several patients who appeared to check in after us were seen before we were. As a result, our appointment started significantly later than expected. I understand there may be clinical or operational reasons that affect patient flow, but the process was not clear to us, and it left us confused about how appointment times and check-ins are prioritized. If appointments are not handled in the order of scheduled times or check-in times, it would be helpful for patients to receive an explanation so expectations can be managed appropriately. Overall, the experience was disappointing because we made an effort to arrive early and expected that having a scheduled appointment would result in being seen close or earlier than our appointment time.

Minute Clinic is way better than Urgent Care imo. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The Provider helped me tremendously in March when I entered the clinic area and had an emotional meltdown about my illness. She immediately comforted me and made me look clearly at what options I had. She was so kind and caring and it meant the world to me. We would have a wonderful world if more people were like her.
