Great costumer service
I had never used a Minute Clinic before but a co-worker suggested it. I "got in line" on my way there, checked in, & sat in the waiting area for maybe 5 minutes. The provider was great & thorough.
My daughter came in for an ear infection check and the NP said ears were clear and she just had a cold. Less than 10 hours later I had to take my daughter to her pediatrician where she was diagnosed with a double ear infection with 1 ear so badly infected. How does an NP not see an ear infection. I've reported and requested my copay back since I had to pay for a dr visit to get real treatment
I'd like to thank doctor. The Provider for her care and kindness with patients. She examined both me and my son twice, and it was a very satisfying visit for me. I give her 10/10 and wish her all the best.
Great providers and convenient hours
I had an appointment scheduled but I came early and had to cancel original appointment and get on a wait list. There were numerous people coming and going I waited longer than if I had went to my care provider. Then when I went to pay for my medication the young boy who waited on me started on me and then when I go to pay he leaves and starts helping the man behind me who literally just walked in and had no waited more than few seconds . Maybe I was just exhausted after waiting so long to be seen? But I don't understand why he didn't finish me then help the next guy.. if I was able to rate this guy alone I would never come back.
