I booked my appointment online for 12:30 and wasn't seen until 1:00 pm. I came in for a TB Test and left at 1:03 pm. The physician expressed that CVS was using a new system to book appointments which allows for double bookings, but only the people who are present are seen. I assume that is what caused my appointment to be pushed back half an hour.
Provider was professional and knowledgeable.
Dr The Provider was super in diagnosing my jaw pain. I went in thinking it was an ear infection. She is super calm & knowledgeable.
The practitioner was very thorough. I felt she had my best interests in mind as she diagnosed and prescribed my course of action.

Our NP was fabulous and took a gentle, respectful approach with my daughter. She was thorough, kind, and really took time to help us figure out the problem.
The nurse was extremely nice an engaged us in meaningful friendly conversation paired with her professionalism.

A close friend of mine recommended a MinuteClinic to me as I use Cvs all the time, but never thought about the medical clinic and she know I have been going through this cold. I'm thankful the facility was very clean. The nurse very thorough very kind clean…The Nurse practitioner did a great job & had a wonderful bedside manner.. & wanted to get me on the road to recovery.. so I was grateful & on my way home with medication, aftercare instructions & healing.. I would recommend minute clinic to everyone because I see it all the time.. but never used the service.. for now on I will be using them if necessary one stop shopping
