Providerdie is an amazing nurse practitioner. She is caring and listens very well. I usually do not open up, she made me feel safe and like I could speak without judgement. Therefore leading to me getting the help I actually need. If there were more like her the health care industry would thrive on success and be more helpful to patients. She does not rush you and give you the time you need to explain how you feel without trying to intervene or coax you to what isn't true.
Everything went pretty smooth. The website wouldn't allow me to upload my insurance cards, and it wouldn't allow me to register until that was complete. I had to wait until I actually got to the clinic.
Very convenient and clean. The Provider was very personable and thorough.
