It was my first time at minute clinic. I was seen early my visit exam was short . Not all my symptoms were addressed

I was tested for Providerrep on Thursday to be sure I was safe to go on a trip that weekend. I was diagnosed with a virus. My symptoms did not improve and was retested on Tuesday of the following week and tested positive. I am now better after going to primary care.

My vist was a complete waste of time and money. The Provider who seemed to been overly hyper was very much in a rush and didn't seem to care about treating me. After he got my information he said "I guess I can look at you" I went in for clogged/muffled ears and fluid due to allergies. He was very rough using the ear scope in my ears to the point they were hurting after I left. I would have thought he would notice my face and see the discomfort he was causing. He said there was nothing to be done it should be cleared up in three months. saying the textbook calls it whatever and he had no recommendations other than what the textbook said to over the counter and basically I had to just deal with it. I felt unheard and wasted my money and very rushed. He did not seem to care nor wanted to waste his time examining or trying to make an effort. He made me feel like i was wasting his time when he actually wasted mine and my money. He was horrible and hope he's not this way to other people. I only went because my allergy dr could not get me in for several weeks.

I'm gave a 10 rating because the clinic practitioner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my case. She gave me a lot of good information and guidance. I appreciated all the care I received.
