The nurse practitioner was very good and the medicine she prescribed really helped.

The process was quick and straight to the point, the doctor was very knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to and very much trusting. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Excellent service, though I came in at 12:30 pm and had to return at 4pm to get an appointment.

My reason for the score of 9, on the first two questions were as follows. I tried numerous times to make an appointment through the app, with no avail. The system would let me get to sending me a text to verify and it wasn't the last four of my number.

I have been to Minute Clinic several times and have not had a bad experience. Each visit was pleasant and professional. I would recommend and I am sure I will visit again if I can't get in to see my PCP.
