The nurse practitioner was very informative and friendly while not taking a lot of time to get everything done. I appreciated that since I was not feeling well.

The wait time that was estimated was extremely off. I waited over twice the time stated. I was under the impression they would draw blood there which was not the case. I still had to go to a different appointment for that. So waited hours and was told within ten minutes I had to schedule an appointment else where.
My doctor was absolutely amazing!! I wish I could find her as my primary! She cares and told me stuff I should have known.

The overall experience was easy to make an appointment. The NP's were nice and helpful. The problem I had was the NP in training at the Little Rd location in Arlington continued to cough and would not wear a mask. My mother is elderly and I felt uneasy about her continuing to cough and being in our faces treating us. At the end of our treatment after we put on mask for our protection. The NP that was in charge politely asked the NP in training would she like to put on a mask? I felt that was very unprofessional and a hazard to our health.
