I've met three of your Minute Clinic practitioners and all have been wonderful and super helpful.

It was really a perfect experience. I checked in online and was seen a few minutes early. The Provider, the NP, was very professional and very kind. I appreciated that. She took care of everything and even added my Covid vaccine while I was there. I was in and out in about 20-25 minutes.

I was happy with the results & the NP seemed nice & knowledgeable. This low score is NOT a reflection of her ability or service. I've worked in the medical field for over 20yrs & I noticed major systematic issues with the clinic work flow. She was running over an hour late with her scheduled patients. The reason why became apparent when I started my visit with her. I had already entered ALL my intake history in the app, and my medical history is well documented - but she didn't have access to it. She had to start from scratch - which, for me, took about 30min - before we could address the current illness. She was using Epic, ALL my intake/history/meds/labs/imaging should have been there before I even walked in the room. The app kept crashing as I entered my info in the lobby. CVS needs to fix these tech issues so that your providers can do their jobs without getting behind with their schedule. Epic is great when it is set up correctly. You have the tools you need, just fix the issues.

I had to drive to a CVS about 25 minutes away for it to be in network. I also attempted many times to do the paperwork ahead of time on the app but it didn't work. Most of the appointment was going over my healthy history

When I first came in my doctor started pointing out other things I didn't come in for, like my arm, and she went "what's wrong with your arm?!?" (I have keratosis pilaris). When I mention my wart on my knee, her first reaction was "go to a dermatologist not here." Then she was like oh your wart is getting better but you have a rash around it, so she prescribed me crème. Not sure if I want to use the crème, becuase I had to constantly clarify and ask things. And she just told me to keep using the product I was using for my wart.

Making an appointment was easy. The practitioner The Provider? Can't remember her name a lady from the Philippines was very nice.
