I was satisfied with my visit, I appreciated her seeing me as she needed to leave. I was there for a possible tick bite. The only thing I question is why she didn't probe for a possible tick. She did prescribe preventative medication for me to take and I am grateful for that. And she was very nice and real.)
This was a great preventive care visit. The appointment was timely, informative, and focused on my overall health and wellness.

Even though our appointment was for 9am, the clinic was already running pretty far behind schedule. I don't know how long the ideal visit is supposed to be, but we arrived at 8:50am and walked out at 10:30am- so late that our other plans for the day were impacted. This was incredibly aggravating. However, the staff was so lovely and accommodating that I still gave MC high scores. The RN was especially helpful. She was so skilled at giving injections that my special-needs young adult didn't even flinch. And when I discovered that I had forgotten to bring the camp physical form with me, she looked around and found a different, generic form we could use instead. The NP was also kind and helpful, and she did apologize for running behind. We will be back, although next time, we will try to book for the FIRST appointment of the day!
At first, I thought having me talk to an registration nurse prior to the primary NP was inefficient, but now it makes sense. This way, the NP did not have to deal with scanning insurance cards, reviewing input forms, etc. The NP was able to focus on me and my problem. That was good.
Appointment was on time. Provider was very professional and friendly.
When I visited the 620 Minute Clinic on May 5, I was handled respectfully and cheerfully by The Provider to treat possible sinusitis. I expected the same treatment on my May 10 visit but had the worst imaginable experience. The intaking The Provider rushed me through my otherwise complex situation and pushed medications on me for allergies when I really needed other options for severe nighttime inflammation. I requested further information on side effects for new prescriptions and didn't get them because of the perceived lack of time. However it didn't seem busy in the waiting room. The pharmacy staff during that visit was incompetent, as they took their sweet time to get to me with my questions over new meds and they were difficult to communicate with. This contributes to a long-standing resentment I have toward people in medicine in addition to years worth of bad experiences and medical burnout.
The Provider is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind with me, she made me feel welcomed and cared, her office is my first choice now.

The RN was great, listened, clarified. The online (& in store) check-in was impossible. For some reason even though both my birth date and zip code were correct, check-in said I didn't exist. (RN double checked as well) Then in-store QR code response stated my appointment was the previous day, which of course, it was not.
