barely looked at my ear - 1/2 second
My NP was great. Would've loved some kinder pharmacists, but hey, we're all struggling out here.
The clinic should NOT be doing ear cleaning. My experience was so bad that I had to see an ENT DOCTOR at the hospital. When they saw the scrape inside my ear canal they asked how it happened and I told them it happened at the Minute Clinic. I was told to immediately stop going to minute clinic for ear cleaning since they DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT to do ear cleaning and this should only be done ONLY by a health professional that is trained properly to do so. So NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO MINUTE CLINIC.

I came to the clinic as a drop in. The NP was very accommodating even though she had a full schedule. She was professional, respectful, and thorough, but also a had good sense of humor. She's someone I'd come back to see in the future. Definitely some one you want to keep on your staff!

Easy to get an appointment, I already knew what I had. Went in she tested and put in my prescription to a CVS Pharmacy closer to my house while driving home got a notification it was ready so picked up prescription on my way home and all was good.
