This was the worst experience I've had at a minute clinic. The NP seemed very novice and not confident. She was also not super friendly. I was there for vaginitis testing, she stated she would not be using (medical) lube for insertion of the speculum so results wouldn't be affected and shoved it in and aggressively cranked it open. I have had many vaginal exams and a number of fertility treatments, this was one of the most painful experiences. Beyond that I offered to self swab, which is an acceptable form of collection and she wasn't comfortable with that, even after I stated there was no concern of STD. Also medical grade lube does not affect testing results. Additionally she asked me why I was on certain prescriptions, not relevant to why I was in clinic. Overall would not go back to that clinic if she is the provider.
The doctor was professional and courteous and prompt at seeing me. She also shared things to help with my problem.

Convenient to my location, and was able to walk in without an appointment.
I would recommend minute clinic on how easy to schedule an appointment however I hope during weekends they have other practitioner to attend to next patient. We waited more than 20 minutes than our schedule.

Went in for bronchial cough. Providerractioner listened to cough and breathing, asked few questions. Determined I needed chest x-ray and sent me to an urgent care. I went to urgent care next morning and the dr. Was not concerned at all, asked more pertinent questions. I was self pay and had to pay for an extra dr visit.
