Provider only did a strep test on my son. Never offered anything else. Had to purchase a Covid/flu test at home because he spiked a fever in the afternoon over 103.

Had very bad sinus infection and almost completely cured in 48 hours and visit with Dr The Provider. I am so grateful!

The provider, J. Hwang, recognized me from 10 years ago, which was a good connection because I also recognized her. She was thorough and told me what she saw since my symptoms were few. At just over 48 hours following the visit, I am much improved. ¡Gracias!

Appointment was promptly held, doctor was thorough and considerate. She was clear in explaining my symptoms and the recommended medications as well as showing me where to find them.

I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and checked in. A new employee arrived after I did, and I had to wait until the person in charge did some training instead of that being done before my appointment. I was very stressed, and waiting while listening to a new employee being trained added to that stress. According to your website, the condition I came in for is something you treat, including writing prescriptions for said condition. I was evaluated, but she would not write a prescription without fasting bloodwork and a delay for the bloodwork to be processed. I had only had black coffee that morning. My condition should not have required fasting bloodwork. I ended up leaving and going to the ER. Your clinic was a huge waste of time for me, and money for my insurance carrier. I won't be back, nor will I recommend CVS Minute Clinic to anyone.

Very long wait time. Provider was nice. Said she would send in 2 medications for the pharmacy. Pharmacy only received 1 med. I thought I misunderstood and thought maybe she recommended an OTC med. But I Did not receive discharge paperwork to use in the moment to help. I reviewed and online note and it did not have the other med listed.

The NP that I had was very informative and I didn't feel the shot at all.

I went in without and appointment on a Saturday morning and they had 4 or 5 people working in the Minute Clinic so I didn't have to wait very long. The nurse or PA examined me and gave me a couple of prescriptions and I was out of there in less than an hour. I was hoping they could give me a steroid shot for my upper respiratory infection but they don't do that. Still very pleased.
