A little bit of waiting for my medical appointment and prescription delivery
The nurse was very sweet & helpful.
I was very unimpressed with the doctor. She made the experience challenging and didn't seem to know how to work with children. During the examination, the stood the entire time hovering over him asking him to look up and her so she could look in his throat. After multiple attempts to take a strep swap she states she would only try one more time but continued to hover rather than sit at his level. It was odd and not a comfortable experience. I would not want to visit again knowing she may be our provider.
The nurse was amazing and took time to explain many things to my daughter who is 17. Answered all questions with patience and understanding.

NP was nice and thorough, listening to me describe my symptoms. Only problem was prescription sent to another store as I requested, but the computer was down and the order didn't go through. Tried calling CVS to ask about it, but I could never get a real person on the phone, only a robot that didn't understand the issue. Ended up driving back to CVS to get the prescription.
