The Nurse Practitioner was very professional. I felt heard. I was given some great information.
The registration kiosk is difficult to type and use. The online information made the impression that appointments were not necessary nor was there an opportunity to schedule an appointment. I was informed that appointments are strongly encouraged.
Great experience
Fast ,caring and concern felt from the np. Made sure I was comfortable with the process being my first time at a minute clinic. Explained well my situation and sent the right prescription to the farmacy.
The nurse did not let me know that i was gonna have a big headache and soreness on both sides of neck and shoulders and upper back. The injection site has been sore as well to the point i couldnt raise my arm at times.
Wait time was reasonable, PCP very knowledgeable and had great bedside manners. Medication prescribed working very well.
Health checking wasn't performed carefully. As a result, my sickness wasn't resolved. Respiratory problems are still bothering me very much.

I came to the clinic with a sinus infection, and was told to keep taking Claritin and use a nasal rinse. I explained I had drainage and was infected. After 2 days I got worse and called to request antibiotics. I was told someone will call back in 24 hours. As of now, I haven't heard from CVS Medical Team. I had chills and fever for 3 days and felt awful. It was a waste of time and money for my visit. I will NEVER return to this Clinic…. Poor medical advice.
