Dr The Provider was very nice and helpful and showed me that she really cared about my health,was very supportive and considerate
I was treated very well. Each provider was very helpful and respectful! The wait time was only 3 minutes at the most. I am very very satisfied with my visit!
The Provider,NP so amazing she is the reason I made Cvs my primary care provider, if she leaves I am leaving too.
The Provider is awesome, she is a great listener and does her job so efficiently.
Was told I had to wait 7 days from onset of symptoms then call tele med, have them read her notes, to get a prescription of antibiotic. I called customer service 2 days before the 7 days, was told to wait. On Saturday, 7 days after onset, I was not home to make that call. It is now Sunday, I tried tele med, they wanted re assessment and payment. CANCELLED. I went to the clinic as before and was told I had to be re assessed. THIS IS BS! I should NOT have to pay again for something I should already have. Now I have to wait until Monday for actual medication. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BS AGAIN.
The staff were wonderful. From the time I walked in every staff member showed the upmost respect to the patient. I will be back and have referred others!!!

The nurse practitioner that was assigned to me was rude and dismissive. He said that only liquid medicine would make me drowsy which is not true. He also put "obesity due to excess calories" in my chart and we did not talk able weight or what was consumed on a daily basis at all. It was extremely unprofessional to say such a thing. It is hurtful that the weight gain was due to medication and not over eating. I have lost 20 pounds since I stopped and if he would have asked I would have said so. I will never come here again and I have told people about this. I will be writing a view as well. No one should be this way.
