It was very convenient and provided an easier, affordable solution for someone who currently does not have health insurance. The nurse practitioner The Provider was so thorough and answered all my questions. I came in for a sinus congestion/ bacterial infection and was able to receive the medication I need rather than just " tough it out". I think this is a service you guys should have for many years to come.

Doctor examined my daughter properly and given proper medication and we started seeing pink eye become normal after taking medication form doctors prescribed

app allowed me to make 2 separate appts, same time different days. I confirmed the same day appt, but didn't receive text updates/communication. So I waited in the waiting area, for over an hr, as prior appts showed up and checked in (since they were notified I assume the dr was running behind). I felt like I was being skipped. After twice asking about my appt, the Dr updated the waiting area with who was next, etc. It was just the booking/appt process, and lack of communication that left a bad taste for me
Doctor was very efficient in attending to her appointments and did a thorough job in reviewing my symptoms and prescribing the necessary medications
I loved the fact it could be virtual or in person. The provider was timely and explained my issue well.
