The provider was caring, thorough and truly listened. She helped discover and treat me when my own primary care doctor missed the signs.

Both ladies who waited on me were respectful of my time and were able to help me on the spot.
The person giving the shot, The Provider (spelling?) was amazing. I have a phobia of needles and panic. I have had to leave without my shot at other attempts. She was patient and worked with me to get this completed. I wish there were 1000 of her to spread around.
I came in with poison ivy and was under prescribed prednisone- I was given 20mg per day for 5 days, to taper to 10mg for 5 more days. By the 5th day, my rash had grown and was spreading. I had to go back and get re-dosed to 40mg per day and start over. Next time, I recommend the nurse prescribe two courses of action so that we have a backup when the rash spreads. This was way more hassle and 5-7 more days wasted with my symptoms when it could have been prevented at the first appointment.

nurse was timely, very professional, super nice, and talked to us. offered and provided alternative OTC medicines when we told her about those that weren't effective for us. she was very attentive to hear about our aches and pains and addressed each one. my wife and i had back to back appointments and both of us were impressed with her attention to detail, and her responses. we appreciated focus on our 70+ age issues which she addressed. very satisfied!!!! definitely serve to recommend CVS minute clinic to our family and friends.
